Many castle hotels offer conference areas. Under “Hotels & more” you are able to find these easily in every country's overview.

Please note the fact, that the conference areas are not always situated in the castles, mansions and fortresses themselves. In many cases the houses have fully equipped separate buildings in which the conference areas are situated.

Particularilly for smaller houses it is advisable to apply for detailed information about the technical equipment. Where it does not meet your requirements, it can usually be rented from external companies.

When planing larger meetings, especially on weekends often rooms are already occupied by weddings and family celebrations etc. Therefore weekend meetings and conferences should be planned as long in advance as possible.
